After years of traveling the world, competing as a Paralympian, I found my way into Information Technologies with a concentration in Systems and Securities. I’ve learned that the only kept secret is the one untold, and once we decide to connect with our fellow humans, we become vulnerable. Considering that very few of us choose the path of a pariah, our information is accesible. How do we protect it? The search for that answer has led me across the spectrum. I've had to absorb many aspects of information technologies in order to really understand security. It's a path that will never end. With Moore's Law reminding us that technology doubles itself about every 18 months, I will be a constant student. But, I've concluded, that's not such a bad thing. The only way to know what's ahead is to look forward.
